While the tax credits for hybrid cars have not been officially calculated by the IRS, ACEE has estimated what those credits should be by vehicle. The tax credit for the Honda Accord Hybrid is estimated to be $650.00.
Now only the first 60,000 Honda hybrid owners to file for the credit can claim this credit. Congress capped the credits at 60,000 vehicles per manufacturer.
